At a major hydropower company, I re-engineered the procurement process, saving 120 million rubles per year. At a state corporation, I facilitated the work of 60 directors — together we created a mission, 11 strategic goals, and a code of conduct that actually works. At a distribution holding, I tripled revenue to 2+ billion rubles without hiring a single new employee — through automation and common sense.
